Fleet Transformation Planning

We help you plan for fleet electrification, from initial pilot project development to long-term electrification roadmaps, including vehicle replacement schedules, total cost of ownership, financial incentives, emissions reductions, and change management. We work with your operational realities and corporate goals to create plans that are strategic and actionable.

Infrastructure Delivery

We understand that there is no one-size-fits-all answer for electrification, and so our infrastructure solutions are right-sized to fit the specific operational needs of each site. We save you CAPEX and OPEX over the long-term by not overbuilding, and capitalizing on opportunities to future-proof sites by beginning with the end in mind. Our specialized electrification project and construction management team build on over a century of OPG experience developing complex electrical infrastructure.

Operations & Maintenance

We ensure all of our installations, and enable our partners to shed risk operational risk to PowerON. We will perform scheduled maintenance on infrastructure and guarantee response times in the case of any unplanned maintenance needs.

Intelligent Energy Management

We customize and deploy our fleet energy management software to manage charging rates, electricity peaks, and vehicle battery health in a way that is optimized to energy pricing on the grid.
